— avoiding airfreight consignments to Moscow but consolidating in Europe for truck transport to Moscow
— transport of oversea-consignments by vessel to port Europe for consolidation of truck transport to Moscow
— transport of consignments out of Europe to our truck consolidation points in Berlin or local storage in senders country through exhibitors themselves
— using Carnet ATA for temporary importation
— organising export customs clearance procedures locally through exhibitors advising carrying small quantities of consumer goods by hand-luggage through exhibitors
— hand-carry of small quantities of consumer goods as well as exhibits through exhibitor delegates travelling to exhibition
— translating documents into Russian language through local service providers
— consolidating customs-tariff-codes of identical commodity groups
— following our timetable
— advising consignment details as early as possible for choosing cheapest way of transport by returning our completed «Quotation Request»

Move-in schedule:
November 20th, 21st, 22nd, 2011 – from  08:00 to 22:00

Move-out time schedule:
November 26th, 2011 – from 08:00 – 23:00

Official closing of the Exhibition is on November, 25th at 18.00.
