Harris Broadcast Communications Appoints Regional Sales Manager for Eastern Europe

Harris Broadcast Communications has appointed Olaf Brunswicker as regional sales manager for Eastern Europe. Based in Munich, Brunswicker will be responsible for developing partner, systems integrator and customer relationships in countries such as the Slovak Republic, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Albania, Belarus, Moldova, Georgia, Armenia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan.

Mathias Eckert, regional director, Nordic, Central & Eastern Europe, for Harris Broadcast Communications, says: "This announcement underscores our drive to develop a well-trained, committed, reliable and extremely customer-focused channel structure throughout the whole eastern region. Olaf's broad experience will help us build awareness of the extensive Harris Broadcast product portfolio in the Eastern European market."

Brunswicker joins Harris from Avid Technology GmbH, where he was responsible for driving sales in the entire Eastern European region. He brings with him more than 14 years of extensive experience in the broadcast industry with particular emphasis in Eastern Europe.
