Reservation may be at any period prior to arrival, but, for the guarantied placement of the participants of the Event, we very kindly ask you to book rooms in advance (for the guaranteed booking on special rates, applications are accepted no later than 20.10.2011.)

Move-in schedule:
November 20th, 21st, 22nd, 2011 – from  08:00 to 22:00

Move-out time schedule:
November 26th, 2011 – from 08:00 – 23:00

Official closing of the Exhibition is on November, 25th at 18.00.
